What can you tell me about Noevir's new weight loss aid Gymnema SP? Is it effective -- how does it work?

I took it for 3 months. Noevir asked me
to be a guinea pig. I only wanted to lose 10 pounds. I did not lose any
weight in the first month but I did see results. I lost inches first--3
inches off the waist in the 2nd month and 2 inches off the hips in the
2nd month... lost 5 pounds in the 2nd month... lost another 5 pounds in
the 3rd month!
During the trial period, I walked daily briskly--there is a new Surgeon
General's report indicating that a sedentary lifestyle puts a person at
the same degree of risk for heart attack and stroke as smoking one pack
of cigarettes every day--drank water and ate more fruits and vegetables

If you were to take 1 caplet of
Noevir's Gymnema SP and put on the tongue and let the coating dissolve,

I originally started with 2 tablets 15-30 minutes before each meal for a
total of 6 per day. I personally couldn't stay with that because my meal
times are too sporadic...so (with Noevir's blessing) I take 3 in the
a.m. and 3 in the afternoon. The 3 in the afternoon last me till well
into the a.m. The size of one caplet is about the same size of your
fingernail of your little finger. The caplets have no taste and are
coated for easy swallowing.
Don't forget your exercise. I have a pedometer on my waist and I average
some 20,000 steps per day. Remember, even though I had been walking this
much each day, ate fairly healthy (had occasional lapses with sweets) my
10 pounds was staying firmly in place before Gymnema SP.
I had no jitters, no diarrhea, no nothing...Gymnema SP just worked
silently in the background helping me lose my weight!
